Cooking: Nothing Fancy Rabbit on the Grill



 
I don't use a fancy recipe when cooking rabbit. Rabbit is much more tender than squirrel, so it doesn't require time in the slow cooker. Just marinade in barbecue sauce and throw the meat on the grill. Be careful not to dry it out by over-cooking.

Cut rabbit in sections

Marinade in barbecue sauce

For added flavor soak Mesquite or your favorite wood chips in water for a few hours and set them in the grill.

Grill until golden browned.
